Avocado Ranch Dip


  • 2 medium avocados, pitted

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 (1-oz) packet ranch dry seasoning

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients in food processor; puree until smooth. Serve with your favorite chips or carrots and celery.
